Marquette’s Boland Institute for Natural Family Planning had pioneered fertility care for decades without its own identity. Dozens of consultants created their own brands, causing confusion. They came to me with a name unrelated to their method, but I helped them leverage Marquette NFP’s recognition while emphasizing the new paid app and additional offline services. The identity, inspired by St. Joan of Arc and free of fertility clichés, unifies the brand and protects distinctiveness for the future as Marquette NFP Pro.
